TERMS OF SERVICE

ᴅɪsᴄʟᴀɪᴍᴇʀ── You must be 18 or older to comm me. I am not responsible for anyone who has lied to me about their age. Also, by ordering art from me, you confirm that you have read the TOS and agreed.
── I reserve the option to cancel the art at any stage with a refund
── I am allowed to deny any service
── Due to my mental health issues, I may not respond for a while, although I do post works. Don't get me wrong and don't take it personally, it's my problem, I apologise for it in advance.ᴘᴀʏᴍᴇɴᴛ── All payments will be done via Boosty. Here you can find tutorial
── If Boosty doesnt work for you at all, you have to offer other way of payment.
Its not my problem if you commissioned me without knowing if boosty works for you, you have to be sure you can pay with it, or have other way of payment via it.
── Payment can be done upfront or after work (or on any stage of work)
But I reserve the right to ask for payment upfront in any case
── I'm not in a hurry to get payment, so if Boosty doesn't work on a particular day, you have three days to try to pay. If it doesn't work, we'll decide the issue individually.
── Payment plan ≥ 150$ʀᴇꜰᴜɴᴅs── A refund will be made if I, the artist, unable to complete a commission due to any circumstances.

╰┈➤ The final piece - No changes aside really minor one ( erase the glare, add a leaf and etc )
── If I miss an element of your character or idea feel free to tell me that, im gonna fix it!
── When making corrections, please, be direct so that I don't misunderstand you
── I allow 3 free changes to the work at any stage except the last. This clause does not apply to those changes that involve me forgetting character details/misrepresenting them.

2. The artist has the right to refuse any commission request, without explaining the reason.
3. The artist has the right to use real photographs as references
4. The artist reserves the right to stop work on a commission or cancel a commission request due to poor communication, rude/inappropriate behaviour, inability to communicate effectively in English, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
5. The artist will not create any questionable content
6. The artist will not reproduce an image/art or character without consent of its owner.
7. The client must define the content of his commission to the best of his ability.
8. If the commission is time-limited, it has to be said before work, and also will require extra payment +50% of price. If there is no deadline set, the artist has right to work on the piece as they want.
9. If the commission is defined as private by customer, the artist will not post it, till get allowance, but it will cost extra +50% of price
10. The client may not edit, alter, or trace the Commission without the written permission from the artist.
11. Under no circumstances may the client submit a commission to any kind of online or offline contest.
12. If the commission is for Commercial Purpose, the Artist must be notified before start of the work. Commercial use of the Commission will be decided individually.
13. Refunds will only be made if the client notifies the artist before start of the work. No refunds will be made after Work has begun.In addition, the artist has the right to stop doing commission at any time and to stop work if these Terms of Service are broken.Updated: September 12, 2024
